Dr. Allison Schlobohm is a clinical associate professor of communication at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she helps undergraduate and graduate students communicate with authenticity, confidence, and integrity. Her research investigates the communication practices that sustain—and dismantle—organizational inequity. She holds a PhD and MA in communication studies from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and received her B.A. from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
